How to ask
Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or write to with the email address you used to buy. Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, processes the refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
What happens next
After a refund, the full version is no longer unlocked on that account. The free adventures stay free.

Write to us anyway if something went wrong. We look at every case kindly, and your legal rights as a consumer always apply.
